Complete Krones Glass Bottling Line for Beer & Soft Drinks

Complete 2017 Krones returnable glass bottling and filling line, designed for the production of beer and soft drinks at speeds of up to 34,000 bottles per hour.

The line has exceptionally low operating hours for its age, with the filler showing approximately 25,700 operating hours as of 15 July 2025. The equipment is reported to be in excellent condition.

Previously operated with 355 ml and 450 ml returnable glass bottles, the line incorporates the complete process from crate handling and bottle washing through filling, labelling, inspection, pasteurisation, packing and palletising.

Filling & Product Handling

Krones Modulfill HES 2.880-104-87 filler featuring 104 filling valves, 87 mm pitch and crown cork closure system. Crown cap feeding is provided by a Gassner Austria sorting system.

Bottle & Crate Handling

The line includes a Stratec BBUL 5000 LG Empty Crate Inspector, Krones Linajet 25-E Crate Washer, Krones Lavatec D4.C.EQ318 Bottle Washer, Krones Smartpac U 1400T Crate Unpacker and Krones Smartpac C 1400T Crate Packer.

Inspection & Quality Control

Inspection equipment includes a Krones Linatronic Empty Bottle Inspector (EBI), Krones Checkmat 731 F-M-G, Krones Checkmat 731 FEM-G, Krones Checkmat 708 VK-S Full Pack Inspector, plus additional Krones pack inspection equipment.

Labelling, Drying & Coding

Fitted with a Krones Solomatic 1.200-30 Labeller, Krones Linadry S1M Container Dryer and Linx 7900 Date Coding Unit.

Pasteurisation

Krones LinaFlex LB24.7-523-41 Double-End Pasteurizer.

Palletising & Depalletising

Krones Pressant 2500 1N Palletiser and Pressant 2500 1N Depalletiser, together with a Krones LKS V4-1 Pack Vertical Storage Magazine.

Conveyor Systems

Complete Krones conveying equipment including Synco S Bottle Conveyors, Multico S Pack Conveyors and Palco S Pallet Conveyors.

Ancillary Equipment
